A provocative topic. I have no answer for you that would offer any insight. All I have to say is that it would be nice to see the best person get a job based solely on qualifications but that will never happen. Just look at our PM in Canada. The man had ZERO qualifications and a shadow of experience, yet, he got the internal party vote based solely on a pretty face and a well known last name. That's it.
