disheartening. I wonder, since the writer's own the rights, shouldn't authors have the right to refund? Give them an explanation. a review or rant. If writer's feel it's fair, it's refunded. If there's nothing but a "pay me back" then that would be a sorry-buyers remorse. live with it.
