Good luck! A word of warning on the insurance agent job. My brother did it. They pay very low base, if any salary and you hustle of commissions, which aren't high. Plus, your selling. And, keep in mind that over 85% of insurance claims, especially life insurance are never paid out because it's there job to find an excuse, not pay and just take money. Most of them don't give two shits about looking after people. The fine print should be criminal.
