Hi Kasey. I would say you were absolutely flowing with the frequency of your spirit here. I kind of felt like I was seated in canoe with you in the front leading the way and pace. We lazily slipped along the river, a turn here and bit of rush there, and through a seam of fast water. Refreshed by spray as I saw what you were seeing and discovering.

This sort of deep dive into the spirit and the universe is wild to hold onto and deeply comforting to work out.
