I meant to catch up on this earlier but ...life. As my daughter grows up and is now asking to work a proper job, I think about the harassment. The boss butt smack, shoulder rubs and anything like that. All those things I've witnessed forever, and how the female always looks uncomfortable but smiles and tries to brush it off. It's inappropriate and time it stopped.
