I sometimes feel this way about having another restaurant. We watched "Burnt" the other night, my 2nd time watching it, (the 1st viewing pissed me off) and this time I paused it along the way explaining the accuracies to my daughter. She asked if I missed it. I said I don't miss the hard stuff, the business costs, the hours, but I do miss being the conductor of a culinary orchestra and miss delivering something valuable to the public. I think it's a trap though.

I can see the appeal, if I had inexhaustible resources, I would create the Bean Pod and have a book place.

Good song, but again it strikes me how Bruce writes such blue collar songs without ever having swung a hammer for a day's pay.
