I would have investigated to see if there were any reports of children being brought into the home for his criminal activities. If yes, I wouldn't have bought it, unless I had enough money to burn it down.

If it was merely a walls a roof, I may have considered it, but, as a male, probably not. If the address is linked to the pedo, I wouldn't be attaching myself to it.
