In my former profession in oil & gas, any degree of incompetence, lack of organizational skills, terrible personnel management, lack of education, (talking HS) was easily overcome and unilaterally ignored by catering to, kissing ass and throwing cash at the upper echelon via dinners. lunches, golf, strippers, game tickets etc. What a fine manager they became then!

The only skill these managers have in abundance is the ability to delegate, and dump shit downhill.
