It’s funny because in my case it’s reversed but confusing. I’ll bring up an event from the past with my wife that I’M SURE was with her. She outright denies the memory of any such experience. I’ll respond with very specific details. Still denies. Then I walk away and pause. Examining MY memory. Could I be wrong. Specific details. Time stamped. Definitely the wife. Still denies. Then the next time I have a recollection to share? I refrain. My sanity is too valuable.
