I’m back and serving up another volume of this fun musical addiction. Aside from the usual request for your rating via the American Bandstand standard 35–98 scoring, I’m also issuing a challenge.

I would love to see and hear your best, most favorite, never-fail, sing-along songs.

Whether you belt out your favorites in the shower, car, basement, or bar, let me know which songs make your heart sing, and your vocal cords attempt to duplicate.

I’ve read that on a summer road trip, our super-sweet favorite Sarah Paris had miles of open road to air out her lungs. So which tunes put a smile on your face, Sarah?

What about our fairy-nice girl from Down Under, Jessie Waddell? Which songs make you tuck your heels into your thighs and cradle your guitar, strumming a tune you can’t help but sing?

This challenge also allows some of you to dispel my baseless assumptions about songs I picture you singing full volume whenever they’re played within earshot.

These include GB Rogut and her rendition of Madonna’s “Don’t Cry for Me Argentina,” which makes no sense at all, seeing as how Mexico is not Argentina, and I have no recollection of…
