The after effects of writing your guts out.

This is just a blurb intended for nowhere.

Last night I was triggered into a traumatic memory.

Today, I wrote about it, submitted it as a personal essay and since then it feels like I went 12 rounds. And lost. Badly.

Has anyone else paid this physical price tag?

I’m spent, bent out of shape and now going to sip a whiskey and sink into bed.
