Thanks for this. The other night I suggested watching this and my now worldly wise teenage daughter said, “yeah, I’m not really interested because Marvel (or is it DC? I can never keep them straight) has a history of downplaying female heroes and making their characters weak, one-dimensional and lesser than their male counterparts”. —13, and that’s what I get.
