Thanks. Hmmm … res cabbage, sure, why not? Borscht is terrific right! Eliminating the milk and cream is tricky. It needs something the smooth out the thickened broth. You could experiment with lactose free or a substitute. I’d be curious to hear and see how that turns out! Purple chowder!
