That is the best of all AGG versions, by far, However, the 2017-19 series, Anne with an E, --mind you it was a series thus had much more time to capture all the nuance. If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend.

AGG is a marvellous story, and we (my family) have been to PEI and the AGG museum and locations many times, as well LMM home and gravesite. A beautiful story set in a gorgeous part of our country.
