That's a difficult story to hear, and I can only imagine the internal conflicts. I can also understand wanting to know who your father was, how he looked, etc. You're a beautiful woman and knowing your history is a missing piece, and that's something I understand well, having lost my mother at only a few months old, and never learning much about her.
