The rivers here ALWAYS have a big runoff. High water levels and dirty water. This starts in May and clears about now, when the rivers are open to angling. Every day I drive over the bridge and the river did not rise, nor get dirty. We've had NO rain. None, to wash the mountain snow packs off. Fires are everywhere. Never had them this bad, this early. These are NOT good signs.
