There's no way to choose a best. I had all three soundtracks on CD years ago. Sebestyen, the Hungarian singer does something amazing. She makes traditional Hungarian music sound beautiful, when it mostly is not, it's mostly sad cries of oppressed peoples singing sad songs in sad voice with sad violins. She makes it sound hauntingly beautiful. Fun fact: Sebestyen translated in it's meaning means, "the hurt one, or bruised one."

Great article, great scores. I also had her and the song "Szerelem, Szerelem" from the soundtrack in one of my music articles.
