This happened to me but on a full scale, ID theft. It took a long time to get it sorted. My criminals not only had no conscience, but they were enraged that I shut them down at every turn. In response, under the stolen identity, they moved to my business accounts and after wiping those out, dissolved my business through the provincial registry.

That sucked a lot.
