This is a good topic. It's not funny how the knee jerk reaction from "normal" people is to have them look at you like your out there, when you're simply more aware of what's "in here."

This also makes me think of what avenues for discussion are available for the spouses of those with mental health issues. Because it's not easy and there's no break.
