This whole "men who can't let their guard down" annoys me. I can't work it through. Are they not thinking about ever maturing? Do they believe its some romantic notion to be so broken that real, honest, good love is still no match for their plight, as though, they alone suffer like no else could understand?

I read one the other day about a smart, capable guy who cleverly got this lovely girl. She was into him but he broke it off because, "he couldn't let anyone that close." What do these guys think they are--lava? It's ego. and a stupid ideal drummed up by movies.

You got a great girl--love her. Easy. Be good to her-easy. Let her be nice to you-easy.

Sorry Kasey, you're not at all wrong. Stupid men annoy me. Especially those that waste love with good woman.
