Vocal has me for the challenges. The problem is that they don't adhere to their own guidelines. Past winners have missed the prompt, filled with grammatical errors, or were already established professional writer's (no rule against that, it just smells that every big challenge winner is a pro.) the last challenge had a winner that was nearly 900 words over the word max. So it's frustrating for sure. Medium, in my experience has been so much better in all aspects.
