Well, I read. And I watch my Vancouver Canucks. Other than that, I keep busy. Example. Last night my wife "talked" about craving fresh cookies. After some discussion she settled on peanut butter and choc chip and kiddo thought crepes would be nice. So, home a little after 6, turned on the oven, prepped chicken for supper, made the crepe batter, made the cookie batter, showered, returned to kitchen, cookies went in oven, chicken in air fryer, and made crepes. Hockey game starts at 8.

Made my plate of leftovers (the other two are allergic to leftovers). Then with kiddo telling me of her pals coming the next day, I made choc cupcake batter.

Cookies out, cupcakes in. Chicken wings for wife finishing. Finishing crepes.

Cupcakes out. Set a double boiler for choc ganache for cupcakes.

Sauce the wings, serve wife.

Kid makes her crepes.

Reheat my food.

Watch game.

Go to bed. Read 10 pages of book.

Sleep.
