Wild. I still feel the cold in my bones from a decade of winters in places where polar bears says “shit! It’s cold!” . I still feel the back of my brain chattering and my fingers so cold working in -50c that they burned so hot I threw my gloves off and put them on cold steel for relief. Cold is brutal but there is a wall out there too. Thing is, you’re so tired afterward that you feel like you died.
